A great alternative to the hamburger, this burger is a great way to try a salmon dish. Serve on buns or over salad.
2 pounds wild salmon, ground
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped or 6 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Cilantro
1 scallion, chopped
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
juice from 1/2 of a lemon
Combine fish, cilantro, scallion, spices, and lemon juice.
Roll one small handful of mixture into a ball and flatten into a patty.
Grill on grill pan or broil, four minutes on each side.
Yields 9 patties
