Salmon in Foil

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 small whole salmon, split or 4 salmon steaks

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1/4 cup Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc or other white wine, or lemon juice

  • salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare the salmon

1.

Tear off large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil or double regular foil. Spray with cooking spray.

2.

Place salmon in center of foil and pour oil over all.

3.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4.

Pour wine or lemon juice over all.

5.

Fold foil securely over fish.

6.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
