•3 salmon fillets
2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp tamari
• ½ tsp ground ginger (optional)
• salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Whisk marinade ingredients together. Pour over salmon and let marinate for 1-8 hours.
Thread salmon onto skewers and bake for 20 minutes, until salmon is flaky but not dry.
