Savory French Steak


Submitted by Chaya B Goldberger   This recipe can be used with any other cut of steak you prefer.


Prepare the Savory French Steak

1. Marinate steak in rub of oil, rosemary, spices and garlic cloves.
2. Remove garlic cloves to prevent burning and sear for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Add rest of ingredients and bake covered on 350 for 3 hours. Check halfway through if it needs to be flipped to the other side.
