2 Tb oil
1-1/2 lbs shallots
1 T garlic
2 jalapeños
1/3 cup olive oil
1 T brown sugar
3/4 cup Mayo
salt pepper
sauté shallots 45-50 min
remove from pan add garlic to pan
combine with shallots cool
slice 1/2 jalapeño into rings save for garnish
place the remaining 1-1/2 jalapeño in food processor pulse add rest of ing except SHALLOTS process then add all except 2 tb of shallots and pulse slightly
garnish with remaining 2 tb shallots
