Prepare the Shawarma Tuna Patties
Serves: 7 patties
Mix together all ingredients for patties. Refrigerate for about an hour (don’t worry if you don’t have time, but they will form and stay together much better if refrigerated).
Form into patties and shallow fry over medium-high heat. Flip when browned.
In the meantime, mix together all sauce ingredients. Serve alongside patties.
