1. Add the oil, sugar and brown sugar and mix. after put the egg and vanilla then mix. add the flour, salt and baking soda and mix. Then put the chocolate chips.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (260 Celsius). Press dough in a pan and bake for 16-18 minutes (I find it needs about 16 for it to be perfect). The blondies should be browned at the edges and underneath but it will still be soft.
