Skewered Sea Bass with Sweet 'N' Sour Dipping Sauce

Start Cooking

Prepare the Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the duck sauce in one bowl and the panko crumbs in another bowl. Dip each fish cube into the duck sauce and turn to coat each side completely, then dip it into the panko crumbs.

  3. Lay the cubes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Prepare the Dipping Sauce

  1. Place the brown sugar in a small bowl.

  2. Pour the lime juice and vinegar over the sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. Add both chili sauces and stir until well blended.

To Serve

  1. Place three sea bass cubes on each skewer.

  2. Lay over a bed of greens and drizzle with sweet ‘n’ sour dipping sauce. Serve with extra sauce, if desired.
