We all have those days where we only have time to throw things in a pot and hope for the best. This slow-cooker chicken requires almost no effort and is exactly what you need at times like that.
1 (4-pack) pargiyot (boneless chicken thighs)
1 onion, chopped in 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup Telma Barbecue Sauce
1 teaspoon Pereg Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
rice, such as Heaven & Earth Jasmine Rice
chopped parsley, to garnish
To a slow-cooker, add chicken, onions, barbecue sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook on high for two and a half hours.
Using two forks, shred chicken in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 30 more minutes.
Serve over rice and garnish with parsley.
