1. Combine marinade ingredients and mix with chicken fingers until fully coated. Allow to marinate 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan over medium heat, sauté onion rings in oil until golden brown and soft.
3. Add chicken to pan and sauté until chicken is cooked through and insides are no longer pink. Sprinkle generously with paprika and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt. Remove from heat and serve.
