1/2 cup flour plus 1/2 cup oil
black pepper
1 bag frozen spinach
Tuscanini Marinara Sauce
salt
crushed garlic
1/2 lb farmer cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese + more for sprinkling
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella + more for sprinkling
1 box shells cooked till al dente
Italian seasoning
Make a roux with the flour and oil. Add the bag spinach, a little water, salt, and crushed garlic to taste and cook for about 25 minutes till no longer bright green. Add rest of ingredients.
Combine well, taste and adjust seasoning.
Spread a thin layer of Tuscanini Marinara sauce on bottom of pan.
Stuff cooked shells with spinach mixture.
Add to pan. Pour more sauce over shells, sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan, and bake covered till warmed through and bubbly.
