Sticky Chicken

  • 4 chicken bottoms, skinned

  • 1/4 C Ketchup

  • 3 T Brown Sugar

  • 1.5 T Soy sauce

  • 1 T rice vinegar

  • 1 T olive oil

  • 1 frozen crushed garlic cube

Mix sauce ingredient together. Spoon 3/4 of sauce over chicken bottoms. Bake covered at 350° for 1.t hours. Uncover and brush on remaining sauce. Bake at 425° for 20 min.
