A subtly tart, pleasantly sweet compôte that is ideal for serving over yogurt or in your morning porridge.
Put the strawberries and honey or maple syrup in the Instant Pot. Set to PRESSURE for three minutes. Natural Pressure Release at the end of cooking.
Add the chia seeds and then process in a food processor once cool enough.
Leave to cool further, then store in a sealable container in the fridge and use as desired.
