Diets This very basic and simple strawberry sauce recipe can be made in a snap to serve over sorbet, ice cream, or any other dessert that it may pair nicely with. Frozen strawberries can be used instead of fresh strawberries in a pinch if needed.
1 pound strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
Blend strawberries and sugar. Serve cold.
