Summer Fruit Crumble


Fruit crumble in minutes.  So easy.  So good.


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the fruits into quarters. (Blueberries can remain whole.)
3. Place in a large bowl and toss with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon.
4. Place in a 9- or 10-inch round baking dish.  Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
5. Uncover. Pour contents of “Crispy Crumb” topping evenly over fruit.
6. Warm for 15 minutes more before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream
