1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Place salmon on a prepared baking sheet, either with parchment paper or sprayed foil.
3. In a small bowl, shred kani into thin strings.
4. Add a few squirts of each sauce, or to taste.
5. Spread kani evenly over salmon.
6. Bake until fully cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
7. Top with sliced avocado, a drizzle of each sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
8. Best served with sushi rice.
