Sweet Potato Tartlets

Create these simply adorable sweet potato tartlets easily by using store-bought tartlets. These addicting mini tarts have a sweet and buttery filling and are the perfect addition to a kiddush buffet, Thanksgiving dinner, Yom Tov or Shabbat meal.

Ingredients

Sweet Potato Tartlets

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 ounces margarine

Topping

  • 1/4 pound margarine, melted

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions

Sweet Potato Tartlets

1.

Combine all ingredients until well blended. Fill 3″ tartlet foils.

2.

Mix ingredients for topping and sprinkle over tartlets. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

tart shells in the picture it shows tart shells but the recipe calls for tart foils not shells
will it work in premade tart shells?

yes, this will work in premade tart shells.
