Sweet & Sour Cod Fish

Directions

1. marinate fish with first three ingredients set aside for 15 min

2. add batter ingredients to fish mix well

3. heat oil and fry the fish then remove

4. fry petals or red onion then add the peppers, add the sweet and sour sauce and finally the fish mix to coat well
