Sweet Sweet Potato with Mustard

Delicious side dish for Shabbos… Fancy and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes

  • 1/2 cup of honey or silan

  • 1/4 cup of mustard

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoons dried rosemary

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic

Directions

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

1.

Cut the sweet potatoes into small boat shapes. Spread evenly on an oven pan.

2.

Process the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour over the sweet potatoes.

3.

Bake at 170 degrees C with fan for about 35 minutes.

4.

Once soft, broil on top oven shelf for 6 minutes until they start browning.
