  • • 1 pound ground beef

  • • 1 package taco seasoning mix

  • • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • • 2 cans (8 ounce) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

  • • Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, whatever you desir

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a non-stick pan, cook the beef until it has browned. Stir in the taco seasoning and about 1/2 cup water. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the beef mixture and cheese together.

Separate both cans of the dinner roll dough into 16 triangles. On a large greased baking sheet, arrange the triangles in a ring formation so the short sides of the triangles form a circle in the center. (The dough should be overlapping to form a sun shape.)

Spoon the beef mixture onto half of each triangle closest to the center of the ring.

Bring the other half of each dough triangle over to cover the filling, tucking the dough under the bottom layer of the dough firmly. Repeat around the rest of the ring until all the filling is enclosed. It’s okay if the filling peeks through some of the dough.

Bake for 20-25min or until the dough is golden brown and completely baked. Allow the taco ring to cool for 5-10min before adding the desired toppings and cutting it into serving slices.
