1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a roasting pan.
2. Place chicken into prepared pan. Season chickenigt,

4. Meanwhile, prepare the sweet and tangy sauce: hasn
combine sauce ingredients.
5. Remove pan from oven. Pour accumulated liquidintoas:
bowl. (Allow liquid to cool; discard.)
6. Pour sauce over chicken. Return pan to oven. Bake, urine
for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
