Garlic Baguette with olive tapenade, tomatoes, and onions: A heavenly start to any meal you want to upgrade, whether it’s a Rosh Chodesh dinner or a newly-wed breakfast! Beautiful presentation!
1/2 can sliced black olives
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic cube
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic cube
baguette
salt
handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 of a purple onion, chopped
Blend olive tapenade ingredients.
Mix the oils with the garlic cube in a cup.
Slice open the baguette. Smear the oil-garlic mixture onto each half. Sprinkle generously with salt.
Turn oven onto broil. Place baguette (on pan) on high rack. Toast until begins browning, 3-6 minutes. Remove from oven.
Layer on spoonfuls of olive tapenade, then arrange sliced tomatoes and purple onion. Enjoy right away.
