1. Preheat the oven to 180°c.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs and spices.
4. Dip the shnitzel into mayonnaise mixture and then into the breadcrumbs ensuring it is fully coated.
5. Lay on oven tray and spray with oil.
6. Bake 20 min on 180°c turning over halfway.
