1. cube sweet potatoes and bake them on a lined baking sheet for 20 mins at 400 degrees
2. meanwhile combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch, honey in a large zip lock. Add salmon and let marinate for 15 minutes.
3. after 20 min in the oven add sugar snap peas and salmon to the sheet pan. Pour remaining marinade over the veggies. Put back in the oven for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
4. For extra flavor make some of the marinade in a saucepan (It will thicken) and brush over the baked salmon
