Ingredients

Thick and Creamy Double Hot Chocolate

  • 4 cups milk

  • 3/4 bar of sugar free dark chocolate (such as Heaven and Earth)

  • 1/3 cup cocoa

  • 1 tablespoon potato starch

  • pinch of salt

  • 8 packets Gefen Harmony sweetener (more to taste)

Directions

Prepare the Thick and Creamy Double Hot Chocolate

1.

In a small pot, mix the cocoa, potato starch, and salt. Add milk. Turn on a low flame and stir until dissolved and milk starts to simmer.

2.

Remove from flame, add chocolate and mix until melted. Add sweetener and stir.
