Diets Fish is a great weeknight supper option, but these super flavorful Indian-style tilapia fillets will change up your dinner menu in a very welcome way.
1 tablespoon ground cumin, such as Pereg
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
4 tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon garam masala spice mix
2 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
1/2 lemon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Create the spice mix by combining all the spices in a small bowl. Mix together the spice mix and the oil.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot. Pairs well with rice.
Place the fish in a baking dish and brush with marinade. Squeeze the lemon over each fillet.
