Mix together all marinade ingredients.
Cut tofu into cubes and add to marinade.
Marinate overnight or at least for a few hours.
Remove from marinade and grill for a few minutes on each side until pieces look golden brown (if you like it more dried, as opposed to spongy, grill a little longer).
Serve over brown rice, drizzling marinade. Toss with steamed broccoli, carrot, and sprouts as a real wholesome dish. You can even stir into a “typical” lettuce salad and up the protein, texture, and taste a whole lot!
