1. Combine first six ingredients to form dough. Roll out dough.
2. Mix margarine and flour and spread onto dough. Fold dough in three.
3. Divide dough into two parts.
4. Roll out half of dough and place into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 10- by 16-inch roaster pan.
