Tropical Breeze Salad

Vanilla Cafe graciously shared the recipe, and you were right. The secret to the dressing is completely unexpected.

Directions

1. In an individual plate, combine lettuce, dried cranberries, and nuts. Arrange apples, pears, and mangoes on top.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together strawberry syrup and olive oil. Serve on the side or toss with salad. (You will have extra dressing.)
