2-3 cups uncooked pasta
1 can tuna
1 tbsp beef consomme
1 tbsp parsley
1 egg
3 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup soy milk
grated cheese
topping: corn flake crumbs, oil, parsley, cheese
Cook and drain pasta.
Add rest of ingredients.
Add the topping.
Put it in a square pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
