Turkey De‘lite’ Salad


This fresh turkey salad perfect for a light lunch or quick no-cook supper.


For the Salad

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Evenly cube the turkey and add to bowl. Add the purple onion and toss.

For the Dressing

1. Place all dressing ingredients in a small jar. Mix thoroughly by hand and pour over salad. Mix salad until well combined.


If you are watching your diet, use half the dressing.
