Ultra Boost Power Bars

These bars, full of seeds and nuts, are the perfect power boost to your morning or afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Ultra Boost Bars

  • 7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 3/4 cups sugar-free dried cranberries or cherries

  • 7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 1/3 cups sesame seeds

  • 7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 1/3 cups almonds

  • 7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 1/2 cups sunflower seeds

  • 7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 3/4 cups pumpkin seeds

  • 3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams), or 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams), or just under 1/2 cup Haddar Egg Whites

Directions

Prepare the Ultra Boost Bars

1.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius). Combine all ingredients. Spoon the mixture into the wells of a silicone mold.

Bake in the heated oven for 18 minutes.

3.

When cool, carefully remove the ultra boost bars from the molds.
