10 eggs separated
1 cup sugar
1/2 C oil
3/4 C potato starch
1 tspn baking powder
1 (3 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
preheat oven to 350. lightly grease a 9×13
using electric mixer Be a great until for me. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and be until stiff peaks form.
in a supper bowl, at high speed, beat yolks with remaining 1/2 cup sugar until light and creamy. Lower speed to medium add oil potato starch and baking powder. slowly add pudding and stir until combined
gently fold egg whites by hand into yolk mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for one hour until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean
