Diets This kugel is a real people-pleaser, and it’s easy!
2 and 1/2 to 3 packages Manischewitz Medium Egg Noodles
1 cup oil
1 dozen eggs
1 box confectioner’s sugar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Gefen Cinnamon
1 cup Gefen Breadcrumbs
1 cup ground almonds
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
Add remaining seven ingredients and mix well.
Pour into three greased nine-inch round pans.
Combine topping ingredients together in a separate, medium-size bowl and sprinkle one-third of of the mixture evenly over each pan. Bake for one hour.

Can it be made with less sugar?? Its more like cake than kugel
It is a pretty sweet dish- yes it can be made with less sugar
How much is in a box of confectioners sugar??
1 box is 1 lb. (which would be around 4 cups)
Way too much sugar…wow!!! So unhealthy
