Use this basic yummy rice preparation for a filling side dish you can make tonight.


Prepare the Vegetable and Rice Dish

1. In four quart saucepan, sauté onion and celery until limp.
2. Add remaining ingredients, cook, covered, over low heat for one hour, adding minimal amounts of liquid if necessary.
