Ingredients

Vegetable Lo Mein

  • 1 1-pound (450-gram) box Tuscanini Fettuccini, cooked according to package directions

  • vegetables of your choice, such as sliced button mushrooms, sliced peppers, sliced red onion, mini broccoli florets, and baby corn, roasted with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 2 tablespoons soup mix of choice, dissolved in a bit of water

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

Directions

1.

Mix the sauce ingredients. Pour over hot pasta and vegetables and toss to coat.

2.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

incredible! Roasted the vegi’s in the airfryer, boiled some pasta, and a delicious meal.
