Whole Grain Blueberry Loaf

Directions

Prepare the Loaf

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Line a 9×5 loaf pan with Gefen Parchment Paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl whisk together the egg, milk, oil, honey, and vanilla.
3. Pour in the flour, baking powder and salt and mix just till combined. Fold in the blueberries.
4. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Slice and enjoy with your morning coffee!

Notes: Yields 12 slices.
