Winter Slaw with Miso Date Vinaigrette

A bag of coleslaw mix is my secret weapon when it comes to weeknight salads. It’s pretty fridge-stable and works well with mostly any toppings. My kids love the sweet crunchy toppings- apples, cucumbers and pomegranate seeds are always a hit!

Dressing

Start Cooking

Prepare the Dressing

  1. Add all ingredients except for oil to a blender. Blend to combine.

  2. Slowly stream in oil and blend until emulsified.

To Serve

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
