Wontons That Wow!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • small square wontons

  • oil

  • kani (or ahi tuna/salmon if you prefer)

  • avocado

  • spicy mayo

  • sweet sushi sauce

  • optional- onion crunchies, sesame seeds, scallions

Directions

Prepare the Wonton Skins

1.

Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet until it gets hot and starts to bubble a bit.

Place 3-4 wontons in the oil, making sure not to crowd the pan.

Fry each side for 1-2 minutes.

4.

Let dry on paper towel.

To Serve

1.

Chop kani and toss in spicy mayo. Place on wonton.

2.

Place cubed or sliced avocado on top (or you can mix it with the kani if you prefer). Drizzle sweet sushi sauce on top. Add optional toppings.

3.

Voila! It’s that easy and it’s a wow!
