2/3 c sugar
2/3 c brown sugar
3/4 c oil
1 c white flour
3/4 c ww flour
(or 80% spelt…) can interchange
2 c quick oat
1/4 t baking soda
pinch salt
chocolate chips -optional
mix all ingredients
spread onto Parchment lined tray
bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes
cut when warm
