Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • pepper to taste

  • oil

  • 1 pack flanken

  • 5 gold Yukon potatoes

  • 5 eggs

Directions

Prepare the Yapchik

1.

Preheat oven to 350.

2.

Take a 4 qt pan and heat about 1/2 inch of oil. 

3.

In food processor put eggs, salt, and pepper and process for one minute.

4.

Change to kugel blade and add the potato.

5.

Mix well.

6.

Put mixture into heated oil.

7.

Cook for 10 minutes mixing continuously.

8.

Cube the meat and add it to potato.

9.

Put the pan in oven for 3 hours.

10.

Enjoy.
