Thai food is sour, sweet, hot, and spicy and brings a new flavor profile to your taste buds - try something new in your kitchen! This is not your typical dish.

1 (8.8-ounce) package thin rice noodles
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
4 tablespoons tamarind concentrate
2 tablespoons Heaven and Earth Lime Juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup Haddar Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium onion, sliced into half-moons
1 teaspoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt, plus more to taste
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 head Napa cabbage, shredded
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup bean sprouts
