Spaghetti Squash Sopa Seca:

Main ingredients
 1 medium spaghetti squash
 1 medium white onion, chopped
 1–2 (16-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
 1 (7-ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
 1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
 4 cloves garlic
 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
