4 cups old-fashioned oats 

1/3 cup honey 
1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup oil 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 cup water

  1/2 cup chocolate chunks

  ¼ cup white chocolate chips

 


1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).


2.     Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a lined 9x13-inch baking pan.


3.     Bake uncovered for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes.


Variation: 


If you like a chunkier and crunchier granola, you can use a bit more oil.
