Sasha Salamon

Growing up with a busy mom who cooked everything fresh and healthy and a  Syrian grandma who cooked old-school delicious foods, Sasha developed a taste for Sephardic ethnic flavors, along with fresh healthy foods cooked in a minimum of time. After graduating from NYU Stern, Sasha worked full time in digital advertising before deciding to combine her love of food with her passion for photography and began taking photography classes. Fast forward seven years and bunch of children, Sasha runs her blog on Instagram @cooking_chic. She focuses on quick, healthy and flavor-packed foods that her kids are still willing to eat.
