Rachel Conners is a baker, recipe developer, and food photographer living in San Diego, CA with her dog Hank and her boyfriend Kyle. She has been baking and blogging on her website, Bakerita.com, since 2010. She began her blog as a hobby to share baking recipes with friends, but when she started to focus more on gluten-free, paleo, and vegan recipes to make things she could share with her sister, who was following a strict diet due to health concerns, Rachel quickly realized she was onto something. Bakerita surged in popularity as fans flocked to it for delicious and beautifully photographed recipes that fit their dietary restrictions while maintaining all of the delicious flavors and textures of the treats they loved. Rachel is passionate about helping people live healthful and delicious lives and hopes everyone can find a recipe they love in her book, Bakerita.
