Joyce Goldstein

Joyce Goldstein is an American chef and a two-time James Beard Foundation Award winner. She ran the influential San Francisco-based restaurant Square One between 1984 and 1996. She is a consultant to the restaurant and food industry and has written 28 cookbooks, many of them award-winners.
