Tori Avey

Tori Avey is the creator of the popular cooking and lifestyle blog ToriAvey.com. Tori pens a popular column for PBS Food called The History Kitchen. Her cooking blog was named the IACP People’s Choice Award winner for Best Culinary Website, and Tori was elected to chair the IACP Food History Interest Section as well as the IACP Historical Cookbook Award Committee. She currently serves on the International Executive Committee of the Einstein Legacy Project, which is working to build a museum dedicated to Albert Einstein at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Tori’s food writing, recipes and photography have appeared in several major publications including PBS and Parade (regular contributor), CNN, Bon Appetit, Zabar’s (regular contributor), and Williams-Sonoma.
