Ruchie Erreich

Growing up in Queens, NY, Ruchie always had a passion for testing and creating quick, easy, and tasty recipes. Now married and living in Lakewood, Ruchie uses her own kitchen as she takes her recipe developing to the next level. Her goal is to make cooking simpler for the modern day juggling woman by creating delicious meals using basic staple ingredients already found in the kitchen. Ruchie also enjoys baking and was a finalist in Mishpacha's live Cooks Compete competition at the 2016 YTT Expo for her dairy dessert recipe. A teacher by profession, she uses her talent and creativity in the classroom as well as the kitchen.
