Yussi Weisz is sharing with us one of his new homemade Shabbos dips that he is naming the BHIS dip. It's a delicious, warm, garlic and tomato dip that is served Friday night with some challah.

1/2 cup Gefen Light Olive Oil
12 cloves garlic, sliced
approximately 25 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Baron Herzog White Zinfandel
Tuscanini Tomato Paste
